Gloria Merina Wass, a 64-year-old resident of Hudson, Wyoming, has been sentenced to time served and will undergo three years of supervised release for distributing methamphetamine. According to court documents, Wass sold methamphetamine to an undercover law enforcement agent on October 28, 2024, and agreed to future sales. The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation led the investigation, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy W. Gist prosecuting the case. Wass was indicted on January 15, 2025, and pleaded guilty on March 3, 2025. U.S. District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl delivered the sentence in Casper on July 1, 2025.
In a separate case involving illegal reentry into the United States, Isauro Enriquez-Rios from Chihuahua, Mexico, has been sentenced to time served and will be deported.
